Passport Raffle

Thanks for playing the 2018 Passport Raffle.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

Purchase one or more raffle tickets during the New Hampshire PBS (NHPBS) and Strawbery Banke Museum (SBM) Passport Craft Beer and Food Tour Beer Raffle and you'll be entered in a drawing to win a one night stay for two in the heart of the White Mountains at the Woodstock Inn, Station and Brewery in North Woodstock, NH. The winner and guest will enjoy one  dinner in the famous original train station depot and also get a guided tour of the brewery.

 Raffle tickets are $5 each, or five tickets for $20. Odds of winning are based on the number of tickets sold.  Void where prohibited.   Open only to legal residents of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont, 21 or older.  You do not need to have a ticket to the Passport event or be present to win. Raffle ticket sales begin at 6:01 pm on Friday, August  17, 2018 and end at 5:59 pm on Saturday, September 15, 2018.  All times referenced for the Raffle are Eastern Daylight Time.

ELIGIBILITY:   Employees of New Hampshire PBS and Strawbery Banke Museum are ineligible.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:    The winner will be selected in a random drawing through the utilization of random.org on Saturday, September 15, 2018 prior to the end of the Passport Craft Beer & Food Tour event and will be announced at the Passport Craft Beer and Food Tour event and on the NHPTV and SBM websites and via email to the winners.  Once submitted, entries become the sole property of NHPBS and will not be returned. If potential winner(s) cannot be reached after 5 business days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner(s) will be selected by random drawing.

PRIZES:    NHPBS and SBM reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of the unavailability of a prize. The winner will be able to pick up their prize at the end of the Event on September 15, 2018 OR after Monday, September 17, 2018 at Strawbery Banke Museum by appointment.

GENERAL:    By entering the raffle, participants agree that New Hampshire PBS and Strawbery Banke Museum, its agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the raffle.   Contributions are not tax deductible.    Prizes are not interchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.  No substitutions for a prize are allowed.  New Hampshire PBS and Strawbery Banke Museum may use winners' names and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation and by entering, participants consent to such use.

TAX OBLIGATIONS: All appropriate taxes and expenses as a result of winning any prize are the winner's responsibility. For any prize valued at $600 or more, an IRS form 1099 with the above sated value will be sent to the winner at year-end. Winners will be required to submit to NHPBS IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).

RESTRICTIONS:   By participating in the Passport Craft Beer and Food Tour Beer Raffle, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges.
